This is not an unlimited avatr search , it is the opposite of that, as per the instructions, the database is limited to about 60k avatars, some of which already got privated/deleted (the black and yellow avatar panels), and the creator hasn't added any new ones. For platform filtering, it's the opposite, if you press the green and leave the blue, that will give you Pc only avatars and not Quest and vice versa. Whether the world will stay or not is up to debate (and up to vrc stance on it once they take notice). Source : Instructions panel there.

Actually the black and yellow panel avatars still load up if you click them & you can save them as well. Not sure why, but it works
