It's Wednesday and Holloway already looks and sounds like a zombie haha. I think the weight cuts have been a factor in his performances. The only thing is if he moves up to 155 he doesn't really have the power to keep those guys honest (like in the Poirier fight).
He took the Poirier fight on like 8 weeks notice. If he goes up to 155 again he could have more power if he gets on a proper strength program like Jones. He has a solid frame for 155.
