BRISKET BOLOGNESE - using your left over brisket

I love using leftover Brisket and today I was craving some pasta and I make for you a beautiful meat sauce or Bolognese ..... I combine 2 things I love to eat into one WONDERFUL meal... this turned out so good, that I will be making this many many times in the future.... Keep it simple works so well in this instance...
