You gotta remember that lvl 40 scaling with the new runes makes them broken AF without the new gear from gnomergan. We're missing so much stamina and hitting like a truck. It'll balance out eventually but ATM it's chaotic 😂
@@Doubleome1nah, most of the damage from these runes come from the level scaling. Spell power doesn’t ramp it like how you’re thinking it does. Once people start stacking stamina it’ll balance out a little
Yea… that’s the argument. That they didn’t buff the health pools to compensate for the damage creep. Vanilla was already bursty before they added nukes to every class’s toolkit.

@@lanedow938yeah like we get 2x 3x the hp from gnomer gear….. these are full p1 bis damage will increase equal to the hp so it’s completely busted.

@@Doubleome1as a caster I believe I get less hp from gear now than in p1. BFD raid gear gave more stamina than this phase.
