AWESOME video as always thank you please keep em coming!!!! But.....what is the spotted fish (I've never seen one but I don't have a vast knowledge of species yet) with the very small mouth compared to his size that is shown a few times?
that poop fish I am pretty sure is a chub fish. There is something very similar to the point where I think they may be the same in Hawaii called the nenue. It is my dads favorite when we go spear fishing.
Gotta say, you caught quite a few grunts, or pigfish as we call them in the Upper South. One thing about pigfish is that they are sneaky little bait thieves…but they’re delicious! I caught like 4 of them last summer in NC, and there is no limit or restriction on how many you can catch. These fish, breaded in an egg wash and breadcrumbs, pan fried in oil, are a perfect summertime feast.
Under water footage was awesome seeing the fish and types of fish fishing like this is a fun way parents can get there kids into fishing 🎣 how I started dad taking me to the wharf and just a hand line was so exciting catching even small fish as a kid... ❤🎏
We have that problem in Venezuela, they are edible apparently (because it's a file fish), they just have a friking small mouth and eat a lot. Use a small hook to catch it.
Okay I'm at 6:08 and I think that it's a it's snappers. That's how they are at our local bridge and I used to fish there very very bait steelish the robbers
Sorry Erin, the way you put the fishing line is wrong. You should attach the top to the line, and then put the sinker. Thereafter, you pull the hooks out from nearest the top first. The sinker will ensure that the line is always taut and not flutter (or fly off) with wind.
Watching you hold your phone over the bridge in one hand like that is giving me anxiety. Man just totally ignore me, I think your videos are great, they are getting me to think about why my fishing skills are what they are (I dont catch many fish) thanks for what you do.
i watched this because the creek i always go to the fish always steal all my worms i went through a whole box of red worms in an hour the panfish on rockhold creek are sneeky
Yes grunt.... grunt.... they're eating all from your hook, even oversized bait, have same problem here in Curaçao, does anyone know an "anti grunt" recipe?
all need fishbits that all you need catch fish all I use red fish and other fish so much fish less money live fish cost you about $9.99 12 of them fishbites cost you about $6.99
So good to see Erin fishing at the same time. Very interesting use of camera underwater!
Great to see you guys!!
Why did we cut away from the poop fish...arguably the most interesting fish caught to that point!
That Filefish keeps stealing your bait lol
Bro you’re amazing fisherman…learning a lot from your channel…thanks
Filefish are notoriously nonchalant when it comes to baits. In come cases they can even remove the hook from the line without you noticing.
Hopefully that phone don't go swimmin'...LOL. Good vid!
Lol it didn’t, thank goodness

Can you get data out of that deeper app? Like if you wanted to try making your own depth maps or something?

Wow strawberry grouper was very cool!
In Spanish (Florida) we call them ronco. And, because they are small we call ronquitos. They are delicious fried.
It's a file fish eating the shrimp.

Do you have any mini sure catch or regular sure catch rigs with circle hooks?
I think the "poop fish" are Bermuda Chub....and the Striped Snapper thing might have been a Schoolmaster
You are right!
all size Hooks I use only 2/0 circle Hooks for Pompano Rig that all I use other small to medium fish to a big fish
Guys this video was amazing thanks guys and god bless you and your family
Happy you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching

Hi...you are tops and I really appreciate ur info bro❤
Would love to see a video on how to get more flukes on the line.
You work with some company to make a 360 camera for fishing. See if deeper would help develop one.
Underwater 360 sounds amazing!
All them fish down there 🙊

Love the highlights on Erin’s vocabulary 😅
How do you Identify species of fish when you arent exactly sure what they are?
That snapper with stripes is a schoolmaster snapper
i watched this because the creek i always go to the fish always steal all my worms i went through a whole box of red worms in an hour the panfish on rockhold creek are sneeky
another Gruntastic episode
Catch grunts all the time and didn't know they had red mouths.
If something keeps stealing my bait I’m gonna installing assume it’s a puffer or a hardhead
That fish with a red mouth is called a ruby red lips
Not a lane snapper, that was a schoolmaster.
It's Australia?

I follow u for a few years already y u nvr catch Goliath grouper
Big grunt is good fish to eat try it out!!!!
23;28 thats a mutton snapper, they have them alot here in the cayman islands
I don't think I've ever seen you deal with game wardens now that i think about it
Hooking up your bait like that you’re doing it all wrong. It will be very easy to get it for smaller fishes…
