For strawberries, if they begin to go softer after a few days, do they begin to get crushed into a mush by the pressure of the vacuum pulled on them? I'm storing them under vacuum using a Sous Vide vacuum bag with hand pump and decided to not crush them so tightly as is shown here.
How long do strawberries last after vaccuming them? If I freeze them after vaccuming them when I remove them from the freezer they are normal like fresh strawberries?
Yes, you can use oxygen absorbers for long term storage. Oxygen absorbers are not a substitute for refrigeration or freezing and should only be used with dry, shelf-stable foods. Store them at room temperature in a dry space. You need to plan your production flow in a way that your sachets would not stay exposed to open air exceeding 30 minutes. You can find more information here: foodvacbags.com/pages/oxygen-absorbers-faq

A great way to preserve perishable food but did the bags really need to be that big? Can the plastic be recycled or does it just add to growing pile of man made waste?
I vacuum seal cheese but don't freeze it. I use a big bag at the beginning and as I go through the cheese I reseal from the top so I can keep reusing the bag. That way I don't make a new bag each time and less waste of both cheese and plastic. She's probably doing the same or it was just for demonstration for the video.
I am almost blind. I really enjoyed your intro to your video. However the rest of it was just music. I can’t see te video. So I have a question. Once I vacuum seal fruits and veggies, how long are they good in the freezer?

Hello! You shouldn't keep your oranges sealed in a plastic bag. Instead, store them in mesh netting or an open bowl. This allows for the oranges to get proper air flow, helping them stay fresher longer. Although not as tasty as fresh, you can freeze oranges. They are still good to throw in some yogurt or a smoothie. If you're trying to this, you can peel your orange, quarter it and store them in freezer bags, remove the air and seal. These bags should work well: foodvacbags.com/collections/vacuum-seal-zipper-bags/products/6-x-10-clear-zipper-pint-bags
farid ardiansyah depends on the product and if you are just freezing then. Mostly it at a minimum doubles the time frame from it not being sealed. Side note there are some veggies and fruits that shouldn’t be sealed. Do not seal: Soft cheeses, unsliced apples, uncooked mushrooms, uncooked bananas and even though this video show lettuce it actually releases a natural gas that will cause an issue with the sealed product.

Given the cost of vacuum seal rolls, where cost may as much as 20-25 cents for 11" x 12", the fruits and vegetable need to be significantly cheaper to justify this.
For my carrot for eg I cut the bag extra large and each and trim it each time I take carrots out use for next lot off carrots and when gets smaller use for cut off veggies. Shop around for rolls. Big price differences
