When 5:30 hit during my first fight with this thing as I lined up my last shot of phase 1 my jaw dropped, I smiled and laughed. From the other room my dad asked me what I was laughing at. In answer, I simply said “Disbelief.” I’ll never forget that moment.
Its an incredible theme, it's just such a shame that it gives off the impression that the Zelda team put more love and effort into this than in any of the other bosses. It almost sounds like Colgera's music is from a different game altogether, and to a degree it sets the rest up to be disappointing. Doesn't help that Colgera is the single easiest story boss between both BotW and TotK, meaning any player who doesn't think to skydive through the ice is going to missing out on all of this music. :(

It's clearly pulled from Wind Waker (I mean, Dragon Roost Island is right there).
