- We absolutely love this event. This is called the "Shoe Game" and we have included this event in our weddings for the last few years and finally decided to record one. The game is a fun way to transition from dinner into the dancing portion of the reception. (Instead of using shoes, we make it easier and just have the bride and groom use a bouquet and handkerchief to answer the questions.

Being an Indian these traditions in the western wedding fascinate me a lot. Idk if this was one or just a game but it's really fun
It's just a game but I've seen it quite often at these weddings. Games are usually a common theme
Honestly same, as a Bangladeshi our weddings just have the bride and groom sitting together in front of everyone. Taking pictures and watching as the kids usually dance in front of them. At the end is where everybody starts dancing.
But none of these types of games are played at all which is kinda sad.
You do realise that there are Indian who do this too and we are Indian Catholics we have a church wedding and reception like these plus Indian traditions added
