Strong storms down large trees, snap power poles near Atlanta’s Grant Park

Strong and severe storms pushed through north Georgia early Thursday, bringing damaging wind gusts. Several large white oak tree were blown down near Atlanta’s Grant Park and one blocked Cherokee Avenue.

You know, the trees look lije their healthy on the outside but when you look at them when they are knocked over (like above) the inside is dead. Dry as a bone. Its like that in my area. Treeslook so nice but inside they are dead and so are the roots.
