Aditya did a mistake of not prioritizing #imlie. He respected his friend more than his wife. But he never wanted to let Imlie go. He was angry and frustrated sometimes but never gave up on her (at least as long as Gashmeer was playing the role).
But what if the picture was somewhat different? What if Aditya was tired of Imlie's behaviour? What if he also wanted to give up on their relationship?
Nothing like this happened. But it's a different point of view that was not there in the show. I tried to think like this. Hope that who still love Adi ❤ will like this edit.

This is a heartbreaking clip of this couple. This story had so much potential, so many avenues to be explored, but every couple has to go through drama. Imlie risked so much for Aditya, saved his life so many times, left him so many times, he always brought her back, he was always restless without her. Aditya never knew how to put malini in her place, he was always carrying the guilt of marrying her and leaving her, so he compromised in the name of friendship and allowed Malini to mess with his mind. He waited so long to finally acknowledge Imlie as his wife, only drama, no real happiness. Even though Pagdandiya was a nightmare for both of them in the beginning, it became their safe place, where Aditya could be himself and imlie could love him freely. They needed to go back their and sought out their differences. But the makers always know how to screw up a good thing.

I am a Bengali and was a keen follower of the original Bengali drama (Ishti Kutum) for 6 years, from first to last episode. Started watching Imlie from ep 1 just because I knew how beautiful the storyline was about to be. But makers destroyed EVERYTHING that broke my heart into pieces.💔
