TPOB is just cheap chinese knock off of the babyliss. Babyliss have better qaulity and the better customer support, It’ll last you year. But TPOB is a chinese clone of the LoPros and will break after a year

If the clippers aren’t charged enough it will lower the amount of power: the TPOB are known to not have that much charge straight out the box, but if he would have charged them they should read much closer to the 6800 power

Nahh. The new clippers remain the same rpm till the battery dies.. So it doesnt matter if it have 5% or 100% battery life..
A better comparison with have to be the troll to the rotary lo pro. Do the lo pro fx one to tpob xo

Love how Jay shows love but has his brands back. I’ve bought TPOB because of his breakdowns. And have and is because of Concise
I have both the lopro fx ones and the tpob xos and lemme tell you damnnn its razor close. Both have amazing performance i love em both. But i might give the edge to xos because of the power. Absolutely EATS through anything

I'm fr Canada and my lopros came w the blue on blue blades... they get warm in 2.5 mins!! seem to be too hot after 5 for some rzn?? other than the temperature, they r my fav clippers hands down
Oil the blade bro lol. I run mine HARD non stop all day long for normally 10-12 hours and I never have a problem with them getting hot
@@ljjlander1 I do oil them/clean them constantly- maybe I don't use em enough like you. Comparing clipper blades to a cast iron skillet, you szn the pan.. maybe that's my issue but I know my Jrls don't get that hot that fast. Do you oil then coolcare or what's your process/ frequency?
@@Luke-wh9ru I oil them about 3-⁶y⁵⁵ times a day or so and use coolcare between clients she that works for me
Honestly i feel like that both theses machines are good quality products and whether which is better based on preference. Granted there are differences between them but you also gotta remember that babyliss has been around for awhile now and tpob is an independent new brand wit not a lot of resources. Give it a couple of years and TPOB is gonna one of the top brands to buy

There's a newer version of the Troll the blackout that comes with charging stand and XO blade.
thats a good way to use them
And I believe it has higher rpms but I'm not sure. The XO clipper is brushless and 7200 rpms

Tpob all the way the lo pros are nice but tpob feels better, cuts really amazing, longer lasting, and I don’t have the lever issue

have you had temp problems? my blades seem to get quite warm after only 2.5 mins
@@Luke-wh9ru no, not at all. The blade gets a little bit warm. But it is nothing that is uncomfortable to the client.

Not worth the 120 extra for a few hundred rpm in my opinion

I’m not a Babyliss fan due to their horrible quality control issues. That said, they are investing in better technologies every year. TPOB doesn’t have the resources Babyliss has for all the R and D.

Names mean nothing, both use internals made in China. However, the lopro uses a brushless motor while the trolls use a rotary

@@MCFCAdonis 95% of all clippers are made in China... and many of them get the same supplier, tpob is great especially for the price
@@dasher3138 Had multiple break on me less than a year, and that includes stylecraft. They're exact same product with no qaulity control. Just stick to well known brands that have stood the test of time (Wahl/Andis/Osters/Babyliss)
