Oscar has gotten so fucked over by basically the entire world. This 14 year old kid just wakes up one day with an old guy’s ghost in his head and then ends up getting blamed for all that guy’s baggage just because he’s slowly getting possessed. He’s been yelled at, beaten, nearly killed on plenty of occasions, fell out of a flying city after being shot, exploded while fighting his ghost hitchhiker’s ex wife. I feel so sorry for the kid.

Let's not forget that all he got when he appeared back to the whole gang was going to be a freaking hug. He was the most bruised and bloody out of all of them there. And throughout everything he just got a hug from Jaune.
(Tbf maybe if emerald wasn't with him he would have gotten more attention and consolation from the teams but still)

0:23 this line made me realize that when ozpin fully takes over oscar, oscar isnt gonna go to like some afterlife or have the roles be reversed and become a voice in ozpins head still technically around, oscar is just gonna become a part of ozpin, a part that cant speak or be spoken to, just like all the other incarnations
