I am in my 40s, travelled all over the world. Never seen so many happy, genuine people as in Ireland.
TetsuyaIT I'm 60. I completely agree.
Thank You , and God bless Ya..
So you Ait Been to Scotland yet
RIP Sinéad... can see myself in the crowd in some parts of this brings back great memories. Really is no place like Ireland for Christmas!
I love it how Bono can be in public, feeling joy with the people, without any visible safety guards. Amazing, and nice.
mostly only possible in Ireland and a rare few other civilised places
He is a pavement to palace guy no judgement of anyone ever he is the most beautiful soul
Seeing Sinead brought tears to these eyes... Miss her!
I love the Irish, best singing voices on the entire planet.
Glen's is a amazing human being
I want an Irish Christmas with Bono and Glen Hansard and half of Dublin!
I think it is always beautiful to see musicians who really love their craft. Glen is certainly one of those. Brilliant.
This is so cool. Is amazing how music brings people together and helps people feel joy as they pass through the world
So True ❤
Sinead is a f* legend. God bless her and Ireland!
Her performance of The Foggy Dew is sublime.
Proper superstars having a sing-song on the streets of Dublin. So many other cities and there would be a "security risk". Dublin rocks.
Well he is kinda from there haa
Yes Dublin rocks. Ireland is my happy place. 🇺🇸
@@ES-pc8kf Mine too
first guy rocked all shit that could be rocked. his voice sounded like bagpipes. I fucking dig it soooo much.
Slim Jim think the instrument you want is uilleann pipes pal, none of that Scottish shite haha
What are you on about scottish shite bagpipe music is best in thee world everycountry in adopted and adapted to all kinds of music. Scottish better by long shot.
Absolutely no competition.
Celts rules.
Check out The Hothouse Flowers if you want to hear more...Liam O'Maonlai
yes XD because of the drone ^^
Beautyful Dublin I miss you so much. I spent there the best time of my life.
Lisa is shining, like nobody else.
I remember when I lived in Dublin 20 years ago. Sometime I miss Ireland. I'm italian from Florence, and I would like to return over. Thank a million to everyone. Kisses from Florence, Italy. I'm happy seeing Sinead well.
Glen and Lisas voices are just gorgeous.
in fact everything about Lisa is gorgeous.
I walked those very streets and wish to return soon. Only in Dublin and only the Irish can bring such joy and spontaneous music like this. Thanks for posting.
I hope you got to come back xx
Wonderful. Thank you for this. It was great to see Sinead O'connor's beautiful, SMILING face again. I love Bono (and U2) always. There's nothing like music to bring people together. May we achieve peace on earth...and a home and food for everyone.
Absolutely x
Lovely warm honest and real people up the Irish people 🏴🇮🇪💚
this is the essence of what makes music so beautiful....
and THIS is why i love being irish!! nice work stephen m.. great work as usual bud
Glen Hansard is immaculate. A kind soul that always transcends. Probably why all the cut aways are with him

Wowww !!! Beautiful attitude of all ... and Bono always engaged to help people ❤❤❤
This gives me chills being mixed race Irish Latin Amercian, love it Ireland such a magicial place xxx
Dublin as is all of Ireland a magicial mysticial place i am mixed race with a strong celtic connection this is such a great video 🌻🌻🌻🌻
I watch this bit every few months, it reminds me of my first time in Irland at '87, it was great, so many music all around, the country, back then, the people were so poor, but there was music on every corner, mad them all so rich, and my so happy!!!
All the negative comments show there is a lot of jealousy about. Being Irish is special and a privilege. Only in Ireland can you have an impromptu music session in a public street with the local unarmed Police being able to join in and have a bit of fun.Other so called better countrys you would end up with riot police or being shot. Rock on Ireland.....a great place to live.
well said! I agree
Agree. Been there a few months ago. Ireland rocks
"countries", the plural of "country" is "countries".
I'm brazlian. And all that I ever wanted was live there in Ireland. It's such a beatiful place with the most beautiful people.
being welsh is better
Very kind Irish policemen !!! Never try such in France, specially not in Paris.
What kind of person hits dislike on people raising money for charity. This is great. Well done to everyone involved.
I think you'll find it's Bono that gets a thumbs down, He's not all he pretends to be.
The best video ever of all the great Busks. Thanks for sharing.
I couldn't see this happening In any of the large cities in my home country. This is amazing
I think its wonderful to have artist join in and help with this kind of simple interaction without any financial gain to themselves just pure want to help those less fortunate. Outstanding!! Also imagine the excitement of those who participate with these iconic artist a dream come true Im sure.
Bless you all. One of prince's best songs and Miss O'Connor one of Ireland's best singers.
I'm so blessed today. I'm blessed that I got to see that amazing display of love ..Honestly it brought tears to my eyes. I love music so much and I love U2 and I just love the fact that people can get together and do this !! I long for it in my life ! Wow.

Very nice, thank you Myles!
I think Allenwood is pretty onto it. How could there be any negative comments?! I'm not going to even look. I LOVE the opening with Liam singing in Gaelic! Love seeing Sinead smiling and chilled out. The whole event and video is too, too good! Take me back to Ireland, to Grafton Street and The International pub, please! Thank you heaps to Myles and co.!
Woa two great irish musicians going at it.
Throw Gary Lightbody, Van Morrison, The Edge & Dolores O'Riordan in there & it's a band.
Amazing... Ahhh Bono! He is sooo universal... This was uploaded on my birthday. :) thanks for sharing... Very nice indeed...
Beautiful music, beautiful people. Love Ireland and the music

Omg this means soo much to me to this day raw deep emotions rise culturally I am a born and bred Irish gal through heritage should be in Aus should be in Ireland
The girl with the guitar in Holy Night... I am in love.
9:12 lisa hannigan. A beautiful song, she did an excellent job. I typically do not like that instrument, ukalale, but she makes it sound good. I looked up Lisa Hannigan O Holy Night, I was unable to find any that sounded as good as this.
WONDERFUL ! Thank you.
Absolutely beautiful!
I love this, I love this so much, this is so beautiful, I love this all, 'everything..God Bless.. I love you Bono
The looks in the faces of the crowd from 0:55 are priceless, like they can't believe their luck... and so they should, I'd give anything to have been there!

Myles, I am nearly in tears watching this. With all the crap that's being thrown at ordinary people at the moment, this video just shows what we are capable of. Singing together, it makes you feel anything is possible. :-) Thank you for sending me this link.

Just another amazing video from this Myles guy.
What a beautiful concept
I really REALLY love this awesome video!
What a great voice this man has...Power...Love it
Love the way the police organise the crowd around the buskers, singing is very very important in Dublin. Traffic stops on busiest street of Dublin week before Christmas for singing.
Thank you very much for sending me your official documentary, very well done, I hope it will be broadcast on RTE
Fantastic...
I loved it!!!!
This is wonderful Merry Christmas.
I really enjoyed your video thanks 😊

LIsa Hannigan could sing the phone book and she would still enslave me with that voice! SO AMAZING! I was lucky enough to see her once live and I've never been so moved and floored by a voice live ever. Completely breath taking and moving.

Surely one of the best musical artists of all time rock on bono
Thanks for this :D
this would never be able to happen in the us. that many people so friendly and loving all in one huge crowd like that and quiet enough to hear them. it would be chaos.
hmm well sir I disagree to your disagreeing . BUT if you have found a video on RUclips that is similar caliber to this one that has multiple popular artists singing together like this with the warmth and hapiness this portrays I would love to enjoy it and appreciate your find!
stacy is right, yanks never shut up :)
We will diss murika with trump as your head of state the worrld will abandon the us may it get wiped out by putin, hopefully by that time everyone has abandoned you lots are preparing too.
Classy and adroit reply Stacy s. Bravo.
