Very interesting. I believe many have referred to the out-of-body state as being "in the spirit" (for example Neville Goddard, Scripture etc), so I would've interpreted it to mean that.
Wow I did not know that it was called being "in the spirit". She smiled when I said "no I'm not dead, just came out to explore". Maybe she understood that I do not know of that expression. Thank you, now I know. 🙏😇
