I've been waking up at around 2am everyday for the past 8 years and I'd stay awake until around 4am and it has now changed, now I wake up at 12am/1am and i stay awake until 4-5am and I've never really questioned it but I'm now curious to know if there's something that I need to do during those waking hours.
I've been going through the some thing quite a lot on and off. And now it's been happening again consistently. I will fall asleep during those hours (4-5) and highly likely to suffer from sleep paralyses or my dreams are likely to be more vivid

I woke up at 00h26 from a dream, in my dream I was with people crossing a river, we were jumping on big rocks, everyone went and it was my turn, I jumped on that rock and everyone fell into the river and same happens with me, okay I don't know how to swim the river was deep, I knew how to swim in that dream.
