Doesn't that resolution bother you? I used a non-native resolution of my monitor and it seemed to give ghosting because when using the native (1920x1080) everything looked more " smooth".
I'm not really sure but a friend of mine owns a Lenovo with a ryzen 7 5800h and rtx 3060 and he doesn't even get 165 stable. I suppose you need at least an rtx 3080 laptop or better

Due to bottleneck I would say upgrade to 5600x. But if you have 144hz monitor fps more than 144 doesn’t matter
