I had it in in high school - I was "a boss" with this machine hehe. Great phone, could play some really good games with it. Sadly I sold it, as I sold every phone back then :( Nowadays I am not selling as I have them as backup.
The screws and screwdriver were so you could take off the keyboard and just use the touchscreen . I used to do that . It looked very futuristic that way, back in the day 😁
People laughed at me when had this phone back when it first came out however fail to believe me when I tell them that Apple was not the first company to make a full size touchscreen available to the masses.

I've just checked online, and there are many listings for memory stick duo, should you want to buy one in order to make the most of the device's capabilities. It's remarkable how far smartphones have come so quickly; so much so that the 2016 Alcatel Pixi 3.5 (an awful device then and now) has a specification light years ahead of the Sony.

i have se p900 in 2011 with 512 mb memory stick duo,everything fine,but suddenly the phone death after fallen to the floor (cannot turn on anymore) and after that,this phone was stolen, and i feel so sad i want to buy se p900 again (even i must struggle to find the memory stick duo ,which is rare to find) se p900 give me different experience from what nowadays smartphone give to me

Yeah it was. SE was making killer phones back then. When I saw P900 I had to get it. P1 for example was trash, very slow.

My 3rd smart phone. 1st one was Ericsson R380, then 2nd was the Sony Ericsson P800. Used this as my iPod 🙂 upload all the songs to the memory card.
Mine was Sony Ericsson P910i and it works fine!

Back in the day I had a p800 then I got a p900,great days. Mopilot and Wapocalypse and free o2 WAP browsing using the special o2 apn proxy settings.

These phones were so ahead of their time - The P900 being a much classier finish than its predecessor the P800 which looked like a Childs toy.
