Wow amazing Ariana with the most beautiful voice. I'm torn between her performance and Zoe Saldana's as they are going to be competing for that one award for Best Supporting actresses. They were both phenomenal. Literally neck.and neck so I hope they split all the wins. I believe Zoe should have been in the lead category as she was the co-lead in the movie and appeared in the most scenes.
I admit that I began liking her when her Sweetener era, but there was something that I disliked: her cultural appropriation, her attempt to appear either very white or very black, her rough manners, and her harsh voice (perhaps trying to show that R&B 'bad girl' side). Now she seems like a charming and natural girl, without artifice and more down-to-earth.
Please, Disney, take notes and whenever when you’re planning on doing a live-action Hercules, please cast… Paul Mescal (From Gladiator II as Lucius) as Lucius Ariana Grande (From Wicked as Megara) as Glinda and bringing back Danny DeVito to reprise his role as Phil from the 1997 original animated film. Hopefully we will hear the songs, “And Then Along Came Zeus”, “I Won’t Say I’m In Love”, and “Go The Distance”
