- Easy to make, low cost stamps made from foam. These can be stamped directly on to journal pages, tags, Artist Trading Cards and the likes or on to plain or printed paper and kept in your stash for future use. The stamps can be used over and over and will last a while.

Wow it seems like the ideas are endless...thank you !
Oh thank you and you are welcome - I like to share :)
Hi Kylie, great idea for creating stamps, need to get some foam sheets, Thanks for the Inspiration.x💕
Thanks Catherine - I got the foam sheets from Hobbycraft
I glue my foam stamps to 2 pieces of corrugated cardboard. I have the corrugation running in opposite ways. The I add a little tape 'handle' so I can easily pick it up-basically a piece of tape stuck to itself mostly with the ends stuck to the cardboard on the opposite side of where the foam is glued. I've made them with my nephew and we have fun stamping them out. Cardboard is easier for me to come by & takes up less storage space. I made a few a couple of months ago when Shel C was talking on her gelli printing videos about making stamps for the gelliplate. Always enjoy seeing what you're up to.
Thanks so much Ash and thanks for the suggestion of how to mount them. I'm going to try a few different ways and maybe do a video showing them. Thanks again :)
I love this idea. TFS
Thank you :)
Awesome stamps Kylie! Definitely trying these. Thanks for sharing!♡
Thanks Susan - glad you will be making some :)
Thank you for your time. I love all of your designs
Thank you so much Wendy - much appreciated :)

Great tutorial Kylie!

Hugs Marsha
Thanks so much Marsha - and hugs to you :)
The bumpy one makes me think of toadstools. Such a great idea and inexpensive too.
Thanks for watching and commenting Tracy and yes it's very inexpensive and one sheet of foam goes a long way :)
Great idea. Sue 🌸
Thanks so much Sue :)
Thank you!😊
Thanks for the great idea
Many thanks Lynda :)
Perfectly made stamps, I've done similar with the styrofoam sheets you sometimes get in packaging, but doesn't come out half as well as this does. Tfs xo
I tried things with styrofoam before and found that I can get some nice effects but not necessarily a uniform (or intended) pattern - it's good to experiment with different things though :) xo
These are great, thank you!
Thanks so much Mieke :)
Such a great idea !!
Many thanks Jeanne :)
Very cool idea kylie
Thanks so much Dawn :)
Lovely stamps😊 I just enjoy watching you make things😄
Thanks Weenie - you are so kind :)
The possibilities are endless with this! Love 😍 I use a thing called tack n peel by tsukineko, it's an A6 sheet of clear kind of rubber. One side is very sticky which you stick to an acrylic block permanently, the other side is tacky which you use for unmounted stamps or whatever you want to use as a stamp. It can be used over and over again. I love mine xx
Hi Sharon - thanks so much for watching and commenting and thanks for the suggestion. It's looks ideal especially given that I also have a number of unmounted stamps that I've found a bit frustrating to use. Thanks again :)
So cool .these are great.tyfs.
Thanks so much Susan :)
Great idea, thank you
Many thanks Vicki :)
these are great Kylie - i will try to make some TFS
Thanks Janet - easy to make and fun too :)
What are the exact materials yoy used ? Lovely
Hi Kylie! How cool is that!! Thanks for sharing! :)
Thanks Mona - a fun little project and the stamps can be used over and over :)
I love making foam stamps. I haven't done any border ones though so I'll have to try that! Do you watch Kaged Fish here on youtube? She does great circle stamps and beautiful leaf stamps. She has some great tips for mounting them with things you don't have to buy. x
Hi Emma - thanks so much for watching and commenting. I'm subscribed to Kaged Fish and used to try and watch some of her live streams but the timing wasn't always great for me - but I'll need to get back to watching her videos and will certainly check out her stamps - thank you :) xo
Super stamps! :D
Thanks so much :)
something makes me think that if you stamped an existing stamp onto the foam then carried out your process, you cold end up with a mirror image of the original. am i bonkers? would it work? xxx
Hi - yes that could work - probably more with the wooden backed hard rubber stamps rather than the clear polymer stamps (as the latter tend to be softer). You can also take something like a piece of lace and iron it onto the foam (but taking care not to melt the foam). :) xoxo
I have decorator scissors that I could cut out some trim using this method.
That's a great idea - thank you :)
Cool :)
Thanks so much :)
maybe back the stamps with another layer of foam, and run a little Aleene's Tack it Over and Over over the back, just a little. that might save you having to mount them on wood.
Thank you for your suggestions - I did wonder if doubling up might be good to do but I hadn't thought about something like tack it over - thank you I'll give that a try :)
hope it goes well, all the best!
What kind of foam are you using
Hi. It's just the foam sheets that I get in the kids section of the craft store. Hope that helps :)
Fab!! Where did you find the foam sheet love? Been looking everywhere!
Thanks Sue :) That particular sheet (A4 size was from Hobbycraft) and at 50p a go it's great because I can get a lot of stamps out of one. If you've any problem getting them then let me know as I can always get some and post to you. :)
Kylie Coo Studio yay!!! An excuse to visit hobby craft... my hubs will be so happy lol. Thank you my lovely❤❤
