Ulrich blames Egon for how he handled Mads disappearing. He's also mad at him for locking him up for murders he didn't commit. And from preventing him from finding out what happened to Mikkel. 18:16
"It's all connected". Oh, you have no idea just how everything is all connected. And there's a reason why Claudia speaks so cryptically. Final episode of the series.. 😉
I have seen a lot of US people try to cook it from this description (and a Vietnamese influencer living in Germany who committed several crimes in that act), so I always give this little recipe: Toast some white bread (which Geemans purposefully call toast bred) and spread some butter, layer each slice with a slice of cooked ham, slice of canned pineapple, a Kraft cheese slice (we like especially their "Cheddar" or the one coincidentally-not-coincidentally called "Toast") and add a maraschino cherry or two on top (it should sit nicely in the whole of the pineapple slice); Preheat the oven to 180°C or 356°F and put your prepared toasts on a baking sheet; In the middle of the oven it should take about 6 minutes for the cheese to melt nicely; if you skipped the cherry, the cheese will turn brown over the hole in the pineapple You should let it cool for a minute and then enjoy Another note on maraschino cherries; in German we have two kinds called Maraschino Kirschen and Cocktailkirschen and the difference is kinda unclear for most people; and oddly when you present them both mist people like on and detest the other; so feel free to look into that and see if you can find both to try them
@@michaelklaus Perfect! I can almost smell the scent of a typical 80s children's birthday party. All that's missing is the Raider chocolate bar and a bag of Ahoj sherbet 😄...
7:50 nope; Mikkel went missing on October 9th, 1986; Claudia talks about the incident at the power plant; she had immediately realized that some of the numbers in the documents did not match with those relayed to the authorities (which means the numbers about the amounts of waste products btw.); This led to Bernd revealing the incident in the volume control system where allegedly nothing happened except that they had to remove some contaminated ground and put in those barrels; Now we learn that or rather how this might have to do with the time travel shenanigans
12:15 begs the question of whether Zoe and Mal in Firefly were good characters; they ate their apples with knives due to an incident during the war that involved apples and grenades
just to explain for you so you don't get bugged about it they are in different time periods not timelines. Different timelines mean something happened in one time period doesn't affect a different time period.
I love all of Dark, but season 2 is extra special fun. Enjoying the ride with you!
Charlotte's adoptive grandfather is Tannhaus. The clock maker/time machine maker. She's the girl in the picture with him. 23:58

"Toast Hawaii" is a toast with pineapple and ham, topped with cheese. It was a trendy dish in Germany back in the 80s 😋.
I have seen a lot of US people try to cook it from this description (and a Vietnamese influencer living in Germany who committed several crimes in that act), so I always give this little recipe:

Preheat the oven to 180°C or 356°F and put your prepared toasts on a baking sheet;
In the middle of the oven it should take about 6 minutes for the cheese to melt nicely; if you skipped the cherry, the cheese will turn brown over the hole in the pineapple
You should let it cool for a minute and then enjoy

@@Alexandra_BasileiaI just heard the jingle of Ahoj-Brause.
Why was this called 'Toast Hawaii' ??
@@DeppJones-ow1nz I have no idea. The place was probably perceived as exotic as a pineapple in the 80s.😂
Rakhim: Oh, I forgot. Hannah's nuts, so that makes sense. 😂Loving your reactions to this show! ❤
I went to highschool with someone who had heterochromia. I thought it was so fascinating.
I'm not going to spoil anything but you said something during this episode that is going to be revealed as even more correct than you can imagine. 😅
There are still so many WTF moments to come, but all by design.
Was it perhaps intentional that Jonas left all that evidence behind? 🤔 10:45
The detective and the stranger are about the same age though. The actor who plays older Jonas just looks younger than he is. 11:21

bo and Jantje used the term timeplanes in interviews and it works rather well.
you need a patreon for full length reactions 😭
i wonder if they had to give one of the claudia's contacts because to find a good actor that looks similar PLUS heterochromia has to be a chore xD
Color contact, or CGI. Not difficult at all.
@@jimralston7562 I did mention contacts 👍
Lol.... not just one, they gave contacts to all 3..... none of the actress have it in real life
