    Always interesting interviews that actually delve into the topics. One criticism: There is a habit in general conversation to overuse the word "like". Anything up five or six times in a single sentence - try to just consciously omit the word from your vocabulary. It'll make your conversation flow SO much better. It's as bad as the "um" hessitation.

      Hey Phil! Definitely something I’ve learned since starting recording myself. Interesting how habits go unnoticed for so long. Hopefully you’ll find in more recent interviews the valley girl accent is out the window. Glad you’re enjoying the interviews, JD

    You can have clarity in relationships too. Sometimes that can be more s, because it forces you to look at yourself in a different way. .

    Alcoholics Anonymous. You can find friends, community support there. Doing it by yourself is too difficult.
