True damage is just a final multipler at the end of the damage equation that doesn't use any buffs and isn't affected by other things like CRT and such
Think of it as just a 🍒 on the top of a dessert. It's nice but it's not the main dish. Just a small extra

@@-grumpygold1155 there isn't a damage ceiling because true Damage can increase other true damage but yes buffs do not affect that final percentage since true damage as at the end of the equation
@@-grumpygold1155 True Damage is not affected by buffs as it is a fixed percentage of the final Damage. If it were affected by buffs, it would result in double dipping. True Damage is also not affected by enemies' RES, DEF, etc.

I originally got her cause pretty and elegant lady with a big hat. Just helps she’s great with multi target and continues to be awesome. Also got Boothill and his LC when people were declaring he was garbage. How the tables turn.

Only thing with Boothill is he can be a lot to build especially without his LC but thats nothing major if you are dedicated

I believe Argenti is a good sub dps with her, at least on waves, because he uses his ult often, charging hers and allowing for more stacks
is good but has the SP problem. mini herta also has the sp problem but big herta can proc her follow up for her. Jade is best because she doesn't consume SP and make the biggest number of attacks with lingsha on the team.

@@blackandwhite5252 Relax, big herta still doesn't have her BiS so just use what you have (you can even use Serval with a 4* lightcone and the wind eagle set) and wait for future banners.

Skill: I Choose You! - Summons the memosprite Mem. If Mem is already on the field, restores Mem's HP by an amount equal to 30% of Mem's maximum HP, and grants Mem 10% Charge.
Enhanced Skill 1 (Pet): Lemme! Help You! - Advances the action of one designated ally by 100% and grants them 'Mem's Support', lasting for three turns. For every one instance of damage dealt by the target that has Mem's Support, additionally deals one instance of True Damage equal to 18% of the original damage. When using this ability on this unit, the action advance effect can't trigger.
Enhanced Skill 2 (Pet): Baddies! Trouble! - Deals four instances of damage, with each instance dealing Ice Damage equal to 18% of Mem's attack to one random enemy. Finally, deals Ice Damage equal to 45% of Mem's attack to all enemies.

Memosprite Talent 1 (Pet): Friends! Together! - All allies' Crit Damage increases by 6% of Mem's Crit Damage plus 12%. If the Charge has yet to reach 100%, Mem automatically uses 'Baddies! Trouble!' during action. When the Charge reaches 100%, Mem immediately takes action, and can select one ally unit to use 'Lemme! Help You"' in the next action.
Memosprite Talent 2 (Pet): Go, Mem, Go! - When Mem is summoned, immediately gains 50% Charge.
Memosprite Talent 3 (Pet): No... Regrets - When Mem disappears, advance the Remembrance Trailblazer's action by 25%.
Technique (overworld ability): Memories Back as Echoes - Creates a Special Dimension that lasts for 10 seconds. Enemies within the Special Dimension are placed in a Time Stop state, halting all their actions. After entering battle against enemies afflicted with the Time Stop state, delays the action of all enemies by 50%, and then deals Ice Damage to all enemies equal to 100% of the Remembrance Trailblazer's attack. Only one Dimension Effect created by allies can exist at the same time.
Bonus Trace 1: Rhapsode's Scepter - When the battle starts, Trailblazer's action advances by 30%. When Mem first enters the field, additionally grants Mem 40% Charge.
Bonus Trace 2: Petite Parable - When using 'Baddies! Trouble!' Mem immediately gains 5% Charge.
Bonus Trace 3: Magnets and Long Chains - When the Max Energy of the ally target that has Mem's Support exceeds 100, for every 10 excess Energy, additionally increases the multiplier of the True Damage dealt via Mem's Support by 2%, up to a max increase of 20%.

Herta works well with Jade? a lot saying that she's actually not. i mean, she could, be paired with Herta but, Herta will not get maximum damage.. i was half forgot why but i think it's related with their passive skills (iirc it was Herta E skill about stacking points but i really forgot)
