Please be advised: You can only achieve these results with HDR tone mapping OFF. If HDR tone mapping on then you can only do 1 or 2 4K transcodes.
Did anything change recently? According to the Plex website, Apple silicon only supports 1 HW transcode.
That’s what I was thinking 🤔 I saw the Plex devs say as much on the Plex forum
