If you log into the official spotify website (not the app) and go into account details, there is a setting where you can find deleted playlists. If you mean you can't find the song on any search in spotify, it might've lost its rights to be listened to in your region. Nothing you can do about that part except download it from youtube or something and upload it to your own spotify playlist (there are forums that tell you how to do this).
