Thank you for this. I look to people like you & Joni Earecksen Tada, quadriplegic for over 50 years. Still, when you’re lying in bed and paralyzed from fear. Got to start praying. My story? Two years in hell with having to move and a covid pandemic. Place to move fell through. Moratorium saved that. Make a deal in late October and the place falls thru again. 2021? Cataract surgery needed. Can’t work. Skin cancer? Can’t work. Iritis? Can’t work. He’s got it all covered. Not all stories here on earth, end happily, like the movies. Paul lost his head and Peter was crucified. Through all things be thankful, for Jesus paid the bill. We’re good.

I love and appreciate the nuance of his approach, realizing that there are medical reasons and spiritual reasons for anxiety. Oftentimes, Christians are dismissive of mental health challenges, telling you to simply pray or read your Bible...not taking into account all the other things that can be impacting a person at any given moment.
When messages are real and considerate like this, I'm more inclined to pay attention and listen. Thank you again for this message.

Oh thank you for your words. I am going through a season right now of stress. I was doing fine, than I was lowered on one of my meds. I’m trying to get off of it completely. I don’t have much more to go but now I had to up one of the other meds. Please pray that I will be able to get past this road block. Thank you and thank you for sharing, it was what I needed to hear.
