  • High protein Lotus Biscoff dessert
    500g Greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
    1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder
    75g Biscoff spread +30g more for the top
    12 lotus biscuits
    With an electric mixer, whip the yogurt, vanilla, protein powder and 75g of Biscoff spread until smooth.
    Put half of the biscuits on the bottom of your dish , add 1/2 of the yogurt mixture and top with the remaining biscuits.( you might need more biscuits depending on the size of your dish. Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or over night. A much better for you to enjoy the flavours you love .
