I prefer 530i manual or 530d manual. 523i is slow

523i is fast enough for what it is meant for.
8 speed auto box is million times more desirable than manual in these F1x cars. Believe me.
BTW. Was there some whining sound when on 1st and 2nd gear? Gearbox problems maybe?
