As a big Joe Cocker fan who was able to see him twice on stage in the 80's with excellent background singers, I would like to thank you very much for your jazzy, successful video !
Damit ich nicht falsch verstanden werde, habe ich meinen Text korrigiert. Mein Englisch ist leider sehr schlecht ! Vielleicht bleibe ich doch besser bei meiner Muttersprache ...
The ability to make this seem simpler than it really is: countless hours of practice over the years. The way you draw the listener/viewer in and hold their attention for 4 1/2 minutes: Priceless. I'm not alone in my belief that you are among the best musicians out there today. Best Wishes
I'm back to bingeing on Sina videos after a couple of years away. At first I didn't recognize the beautiful woman as Sina. Pleased to see that her success is continuing!
you know, unlike all the other drummers that make videos, you're the total opposite. you always change it up and keep everyone guessing, "what will happen next." Your creativity is off the charts. I hope you don't mind but told a friend of mine in the music industry to check out your RUclips page.
Joe Cocker…People either tolerated his music or they totally got him and were part of every lyric he sang and the way he sang it. Your cover shows us that you really GET him and even your facial expressions are part of the fabric…such is the quality of your craft and your drive to transport us back in time to a simpler era…damn.
Sharp and concise, with professional confidence and fantastic execution! You sound is better than ever, and you seem to be having more fun than ever before! Just keep on doing that thing you do! Will we ever see that promising bassist again?
I just watched your Elvis cover all the way through and I am not even a fan of Elvis. Every video you do makes me appreciate artists and songs I may not have liked in the past and ones I do love ❤️ make me love 💕 them even more. Sometimes to tears of joy! Thank you for all you do!!
Excellent performance and an enjoyable choice of songs to pay tribute to Joe Cocker on your channel Sina! I decided to look up the drummer and it was one of the best session drummers ever Mike Baird, who has worked with dozens of legendary artists. Well done and hats off to you! 🎵🥰
You're not kidding about Mike Baird! Dude played drums for Joe Cocker, Bob Dylan, Barbara Streisand, Art Garfunkel, Kenny Loggins, Neil Diamond, Bette Midler, Eddie Money, Kenny Rogers and the list goes on 👍
Great music. Hmmm... Strong drum and sweet drum... drum sound makes us alive. Perfect. (I love the sound of the bass drum accompanying my heartbeat). You can leave your drum bass on ...
Sina that drum kit tone is awesome especially the floor toms! The resonance and feel as you play with heart made me me tap on the desk as I listened to your drums and Joe Cocker.
That IS a really cool song with a big band feel. Superb drumming, video shoot, mix and all around fun to watch & listen too. Thanks for pulling this out of the way back machine. Most excellent from the boat crew. Take Care.
I used to be a Sound engineer years ago, before retiring from it & pursuing a different career. The likes of Rod Stewart, The Supremes, the Late Bobby Davro, Gladiators, Tribute bands Mamma Mia, & Voulez Vuez, and Suzy Quattro all of whom I worked with then & many of the '60s, and '70s bands sadly a lot of whom are gone from us RIP. I did the sound checks & setting up for the drums, percussions, keyboards, piano, guitars, & microphones & more. Listening to your songs over the years you're definitely up there with the likes of Phil Collins & his son Nicholas who is taking on in his dad's footsteps, The way you play, the way you let loose sends tingles down me, purely as the sounds is mesmerizing and great to listen to you. However, Phil Collins is my all-time favourite but you are very close 2nd. 🤫
Your passion and precision gives us much joy rock on Sina - if you ever tour the states I'm sure we will all be there - the old fart tour great job as always
65K views in just 9 days! You can definitely leave your hat on! It is almost like you are so deep in the grove that at times it looks like your eyes are closed. I have never seen anything like that from you before!
I've been watching Sina for a good while. It is just amazing to me that she's grown as a person and a drummer. Her choice to cover this simple yet eclectic song is a real treat. Joe Cocker was a real character, but his music will endure. Bravo Sina!
Sina, thank you for the great cover of Joe Cocker. Your music always brings back wonderful memories from the past. Please keep rocking the internet with your great songs.
I have been joyfully watching your work since you were a little girl. Good choice of backing track, and also a fine presentation of groove, lick, and fitting in with a great Cocker song. You are carrying on the tradition of full acoustic kit, well tuned, and well played. The video edit inserts of the kick drum foot are excellent. I no longer play, having hit 80 years, but I want to be standing right there behind you, as you do what I can think. The internet is a good thing.
Love that big band bluesy sound. Joe Cocker gives it the grit the song needs to punch you in the gut. And, of course, there is Sina. A gift all her own.
This young lady is absolutely talented x10!! Thank you can't wait to see you concert!! I would pay more than I payed rolling stones tickets! Enjoy your talent amazing young Beauty! Thank you 😊
This is a very complex "solo"! You do it so well that it blends right in and sounds like it was written that way! You add so much and stay right in the pocket of the music. It screams out 'Sina" in style and power!! Thank you for bringing back so many styles, songs, and the joy of listening to them for so many of us.
The tune is hard to play because some changes made by the horn section for the accurate brakes or accents as well. The snare (Ludwig Supraphonic?) is a kick ass one, wide, deep sound, clear and cutting, among the high and remarkable tuning pitch, so pretty correct coated heads selection, for my ears. Good performance, Sina, love it a lot.
Sina i may not be able to follow you on this journey. You are amazing. Don't ever let this world take that from you. Always listen to what your heart tells you. People look at these, and they see a very talented drummer. And you are. I see the person. P.s, tell your sis not to worry so much. Remember the sky is the limit. you can go above that if you put your mind to it. love you.
Just thinking to myself last week that you haven't done any blues in a while. I tip my hat to you ~ Great groove ! Love it when you jam those down & dirty blues .
You lit my love of Joe Cocker anew. All you said is true. Wonderful Sina, what a new territory and a surprise again! You are so creative and I never guess what's coming. ur style of drummin is freesh, funky and excellent. You can hear a several decades long experience in it. I cannot but admire you ever and forever. Living spirit you r 👍✨🏴
Your eclectic music tastes amazes me, I had no idea that you would like this song, I’m very glad that you do. JC had some great hits. In this video you are again a great pleasure to listen to and watch. Cool outro. As always . . . love the smiles:)) Take care.EDIT: Lovely it was to catch a few glimpses of you singing in Larissa's video!!
I just love the way your music taste in covers coincides with my own musical history. I used never to think much about the drummer's contribution to these classics, but you have opened my eyes - late, but not too late!
Great song written & originally recorded by Randy Newman & released on his brilliant 1972 LP Sail Away. Ry Cooder played slide guitar on that original release. Give Randy's version a listen sometime Sina...in fact give the whole Sail Away LP a listen! Great job as usual! Etta James, Three Dog Night and, yes, Tom Jones also did cover versions of the song.
What I love about watching Sina videos, is that she is a very pretty young lady, who LOVES what she is doing. Just watching her facial expressions, you know she is truly feeling the music of the songs she plays. Another thing I like, is that so many of the songs she covers, are the ones I grew up on.
Cool legendary Joe Cocer's song 🎶👍 wonderfully played with a tight rhythm 🎶🥁😊 (I don't like a hat, I only like a helmet 🏍😊) I wish you a wonderful sunny warm weekend 🌞 you are always Dear Sina ❤️🤗😘
I honestly don't know if this is a thank you or not. Since I first heard this the other day it keeps creeping back into my head at all hours of the day. This morning I even woke up with it going in my head. It's been many years since I've heard this song and now I hear it every day throughout the day but I have to say you did a wonderful job with it and I guess if it was really that bad I wouldn't be hearing it in my head all day long😄
As a big Joe Cocker fan who was able to see him twice on stage in the 80's with excellent background singers, I would like to thank you very much for your jazzy, successful video !

Natürlich hatte mich auch DER WUNDERBARE (wonderful) GESANG der farbigen Backgroundsänger-INNEN begeistert, und mehr nicht !

Exactly. Nailed it. While most drummers could play this song in a cover band, to do it this well is something different.
You probably don't remember Gene Krupa, but he always could hold your attention. Sina and Gene both so fun to watch and hear them play.
Sina I'm so impressed on how you mastered the hi-hat! And incredible rolls
I'm back to bingeing on Sina videos after a couple of years away. At first I didn't recognize the beautiful woman as Sina. Pleased to see that her success is continuing!
Now this young lady really feels her music. I love it.
Awesome performance love Joe cocker well done Sina thanks for sharing have a awesome weekend 😊

Sina's drumming stirs me and makes my heart miss a beat bloody brilliant you can feel the music in her soul, respect to Sina
Cringe

Joe Cocker - he may be gone, but never forgotten. This song is a classic...
And only Mr Cocker can do this song!
It is so cool anticipating what song you choose every two weeks. It is the element of surprise. Stay strong Sina!
Excellent performance and an enjoyable choice of songs to pay tribute to Joe Cocker on your channel Sina! I decided to look up the drummer and it was one of the best session drummers ever Mike Baird, who has worked with dozens of legendary artists. Well done and hats off to you! 🎵🥰
Written by Randy Newman.
I enjoy these mainly because Sina plays songs not chops or flash. They are in there but she’s like all the great drummers who play music!😊
You're not kidding about Mike Baird! Dude played drums for Joe Cocker, Bob Dylan, Barbara Streisand, Art Garfunkel, Kenny Loggins, Neil Diamond, Bette Midler, Eddie Money, Kenny Rogers and the list goes on 👍
Joe Cocker is a legend, & had great (and frequently overlooked) bands; let's not forget Randy Newman.
@@JohnLnyc A lot of layered nuance. Seems harder when viewed, compared to just listening.
Great music.

This is a brilliant performance and with such a passion. Amazing 🤩
Joe Cocker is a great singer and Sina is a heckuva great drummer, I have only seen her a few times but each one is wonderful, thank you honey!!
