The tuition that you quoted for McGill is for local Quebec residents. There are three tiers of tuition: Quebec residents, out-of-province residents, and international students (the highest).

I heard that a lot of students are facing delay and rejection in visa In Canada right now. It that true?
Can’t speak for everyone but yes, I did get my visa rejected and I know a lot of people that got their visas rejected too. But I think this should get better starting from 2023 because of all the current backlogs that IRCC are set to clear by the end of December 2022. So what I’ve heard is the processing times should go back to 1 month starting from 2023 and the rejection rate shouldn’t be as high as it is right now

You need to check where the graphic companies are. Don't go to Quebec because many workers speak French there.

@@chubbypanda3398 Graphic designer is not one of 82 prioritized occupations. You belong to all-program Express Entry draws. In the last 4 EE draws, they had CRS cutoff at 511, 505, 517, and 496 respectively. Alternatively, you need to find a province (not Ontario and Quebec) for easier PNP. Barrie is in Ontario so I won't recommend it. You can look up Ontario PNP (OINP) requirement and see for yourself.

@@chubbypanda3398 There are 82 (35 health, 24 STEM, 10 trade, 10 transport, 3 agriculture/agri-food) prioritized occupations. Look for "Express Entry rounds of invitations: Category-based selection" and review occupations in each category. Biotechnologist is not in the list.

Why College culture is more popular rather than Universities in Canada???
Because universities are way more expensive than colleges for international students and most of the indian students choose 2 year diploma which is easily available in colleges
No college culture is just popular among international students if u do pg diploma in college u will find mostly international students
