Look at the way the rod holders the cupholders everything has big rust stains around them that goes to show how cheap the material is that the building these boats with now it's garbage
If you get her for$3500 it will be a great project. But by the looks of it she up to the center console under water by the looks of the water lines in the wire management area under the console. It got jammed under a dock and that's how it broke the t top. Lots of work and complete re wireing and new power. I've seen a lot of this after 8 hurricane seasons. The nose damage is what gives it away, her nose got pushed under the dock then it took on water. I say 2 months under water to her console top.
once the boat has been submerged doesnt matter if its fresh water or salt water the boat will need a full rewire. if not this could cause major fire hazards in the boat. All of that wire has to come out. probably looking at around 5k to rewire and another 25k for new power not including electronics. T top repair with new piping as going to be about 3k.
@@too_wildmaniac you have obviously never rebuilt a boat before.. I have several as a matter of fact from the stringers up. My last project was 90k... but you go ahead and run that submerged wire!
Not meant to be because it sold to another bidder. It was a nice boat though. I contacted the auction place and the boat sold just a little under $34K. I can't believe it sold for that much!
That option is rigged I work on boats and know what’s things are worth I placed bids for like 20 boat out there and I didn’t get not even one . And everything is being sold for crazy high numbers .
Okay remember that you are not allowed in the boat even if you are interested in buying it ask them if you can bored because one your wasted your money and time buying it it has a red sticker on the engine or maybe you did that to keep others people who see it from buying it
Save the headache buy a used boat with low hours, payments are cheap. We have a scout 22 CC fully loaded for sale for 48k it’s a 2019 600hrs. It’s in Nj but I would never buy a boat that was underwater.
You know you would never know if someone sold you a boat that was under water as there are no Salavged titles in boats the only way to find out out is if you deal with the same insurance or finance company that paid it off I haul boats for a living and have some clients that buy these boats and send them over seas or sell them here in the states

Went to another bidder and they don't tell you how much it sold for.

That’s wrong
I agree. You leave too much to chance not replacing the wire.

That sea vee is a perfect example of dock pinning. You can see where the pillon,s crushed the rails.
Just a thought, but perhaps some gentle editing so that we don’t get one-third of the video just being you walking round a field..
Would you mind sharing the location where these damaged boats are, interesting project
www.cooperss.com. Looks like they closed it down after April 1st at the Punta Gorda location.
Man, that Blue Wave 2800 Makaira is a sweet boat. I was considering one at a boat show here in Tampa a few years back.

All the winning and crying. I'm hearing BOOHOO. If you got the skill sets. Well step aside a watch how men polish a diamond.

Not a headache for someone who knows and isn't afraid to work on their boat.. making a payment on a boat is the worst option.
