As the coach of Boston runners for the last 14 years, I always played this video during our "send off" dinner a week before the marathon. I retired from coaching this year and won't be having that dinner but it doesn't mean I won't be watching this video a few times to recall all the wonderful memories this video broadcasts from the words of the song to the views of the Boston Marathon course. Thank you Michelle --------.
Live in Gatineau, Canada. My dear one and I just cried listening to this... Knowing that so many people, women and men, young and...young and of all colours, religions and cultures feel the same when running is a great inspiration to me. This video communicates this very feeling in a gentle, yet powerful way. I'll be running Boston for the first time on April 21st, 2014. Karl
I know there's a Boston theme... but even larger to me is the fact this is the most pure running video / song I have ever seen.... I have watched it over and over... we just run run run... it's easy to put yourself in the shoes of those runners and understand why they are out there, why they are smiling... it's awesome really!
What a truly beutiful video. Put tears in my eyes. Shows the beauty and joys of a running. From the Scenery, to the heart, to the other runners. So neat to see Team Hoyt in there too! Good luck to all Boston Runners, and all runners
I remember hearing this song back when I was 16 years old struggling to run a sub 5:20 mile in track. Fast forward to the day after Boston 2018 and I was getting extremely mad about being stuck at just before sub 16 for the 5,000 hearing this song really brought back my hope and reminded me to embrace the hard times and enjoy the good times.
I watch this video every time I run on a treadmill, I've watched this video more than 150 times so far... The more I run the more I'll watch it Really, thank you!
Hello from Singapore! This song never fail to trigger my keep-on-going running mode whenever I'm weary...tears will start flowing rolling down my face as i run, n yet still feeling superb n motivated. TQ so much for this lovely magical song Michelle!
+Michelle Lewis Music to follow up, in the meantime I ran my first marathon and this was one of the 3 songs I would listen before my practice runs. Thanks for making this.
Sharing it via social media here in Eastern Iowa!! What a wonderful song, Michelle! Brings me to tears ...every time I replay it, especially with Hoyts and this Boston being their last together. Thank you so much for sharing your gift of music with us. :)
This song is such a beautiful tribute to runners in general, and to all those who have, will, or want to, run the Boston Marathon. I don't listen to music when I run, but if I did, I would have this on continuous loop. Brava!
Beautiful song, lovely video. Getting in to habit of watching after uploading my run into strava. Reminds me of three great years living in Boston - inspirational
I love your music, I love this video and I loved your recent live concert even though I listened from Oztralia. Iain aka Chalky, a friend of K and Neung and Greg.

I race with a smile on my face and I don't let pain or anything stop me I just keep going there are no excuses! Does anybody know the location for the snow shot that starts at about 1:22? And thanks Michelle, I listen to this whenever I 'feel' like not going out for my run, and it gets me out the door.
From the Colorado mountains To the California sun I won’t stop until I get there I will run, run, run I’ve been lonely for a long time Always searching for someone Still not sure what I am looking for So I will run, run, run There’s no use in making plans ‘Cause there’s no telling what to come Just when you think you have a chance The strings you’ve tied all come undone I have loved you since I met you Always knew you were the one If you need me I’ll come get you Yes I will run, run, run There’s no use in making plans ‘Cause there’s no telling what to come Just when you think you have a chance All the strings you’ve tied have come undone I have loved you for a long time Always knew you were the one If you need me I’ll be by your side Yes I will run, run, run Yes I will run, run, run I will run, run, run.
Great singer .. amazing song .... I have just posted a video I took of Michelle singing at the Bedford in London last month ... on my Leica DL6 .. not bad for a small camera ... hope that is OK :-)

Thank you!
From the Colorado mountains
To the California sun
I won’t stop until I get there
I will run, run, run
I’ve been lonely for a long time
Always searching for someone
Still not sure what I am looking for
So I will run, run, run
There’s no use in making plans
‘Cause there’s no telling what to come
Just when you think you have a chance
The strings you’ve tied all come undone
I have loved you since I met you
Always knew you were the one
If you need me I’ll come get you
Yes I will run, run, run
There’s no use in making plans
‘Cause there’s no telling what to come
Just when you think you have a chance
All the strings you’ve tied have come undone
I have loved you for a long time
Always knew you were the one
If you need me I’ll be by your side
Yes I will run, run, run
Yes I will run, run, run
I will run, run, run.
