Support is POOR. SCT tells me the issue is the tune author, in this case 5 Star, 5 Star says the device should be working as tunes provided. Research and look for a different brand with better support
You ever get it working? Just ordered 4 five star tunes for my 18 f150 5.0 heard horror stories now after my purchase haven’t tried to load yet had a dead truck no start after tune with sct 3 times already that required recovery files built after to get truck operational curious if five star has there shit together with sct yet or not

Every tuner is different. My sct x3 device was 450 some charge for the tune itself and some dont
for my f150 it was 165, got a x4 tuner

Did your tuner email you the tune ? If so you need to download that tune he sends you and it should pop up their just refresh it

Careful with bama tunes, they don't have a very good reputation
