If I remember it right po, it was more of a strength of materials problem. We still had to solve for kL/r but there was already a table for the allowable stress for a given kL/r value. So hindi siya bounded by any NSCP provision na problem.

Last november 2021 ba engr, nscp 2015 na pinagamit for column? Or yong old method na icocompare ang kL/r sa Cc?
