  • In this video I walk you through my brewing process of a golden stout, all the way “from grain to glass.” Check out what I add to this golden ale to make it smell roasty, warm, and reminiscent of the dark stouts we know and love. This is my first time brewing this so come learn alongside me as we try something brand new!

Awesome, white stout is something I have always wanted to do. Would be a fun party trick to have friends try and guess what it is blindfolded.

I can’t wait to try this one. Blonde ales are my favorite and made into a stout with coffee and sugar cookies flavors!? Yum.

Watching all your vids today, I've only ever had one white stout and it tasted very...beany to me, almost green. Its not usually a beer I'd reach for but I might reconsider after watching this brew! Very interesting brew!

Yeah I liked it a lot actually, I still reached for it a bit less than the hoppier things on tap, but that’s just my taste. I loved the coffee aroma on this one and it turned out as well as I think it could’ve.

Switching to a hydra chiller was a game changer for me. Expensive option but it is the best I have used.

I have never heard of a blonde stout, I hadn’t thought of using coffee to impart the roasty flavour without the dark colour
