This is an absolutely gorgeous courthouse in Kankakee, IL. It's a shame you can't have cameras inside. Where do you think this deputy would prefer to be at this very moment? Let me know in the comments and as always, thanks for watching!

If people knew and insisted on their rights, the cops would stop trying to violate them.

He's not use to the people being in control.. Lol. They are so use to barking orders and the people do as they are told. Thanks for educating and holding them accountable. One good thing he didnt make himself a RUclips Star 🤣.

Article 6 of the Bill of Rights - A local judge cannot issue an order that removes your Constitutional Rights. He can issue an order applicable in his/her court room., but not in the entrance lobby or other non restricted areas!

He lied about the outside, I'm sure he's lying about inside. His credibility is now ruined.

Threatening people with arrest in an effort to stop doing lawful things or to obtain ID should be unlawful.

It absolutely confounds them when people don't comply and do exactly as they say when they're giving unlawful orders. They are gonna have to get it through their thick skulls that it's a whole new ball game, and they are no longer in charge.

To be fair, the cop was polite. If only every Police officer acted like this when dealing with the public......

Cop seems like what most people would consider to be a good guy.

This officer was clueless to everything... Maybe he should go operate a Daycare or Hospital. This officer doesn't represent what I pay for... therefore, he should look into another line of work. When I look at him...The first thing that comes to my mind is...Amendment 64. FYI ... It's not working for him.

Not in a courtROOM! Everything else is just abusing the powers/authority that was GRANTED to a judge.

Don’t tell people they can’t do something and not be able to back it up with a law. That’s a police officer.🙄🤪

That guy immediately looks too stupid to even play the role of Enis.

Man that cop couldn’t tell you much about anything. It’s almost as if they just need a good enough diploma and a few hours in the academy and they’re given this perceived authority to make their own rules.

I am pretty sure that "guard" was an escaped con. He didn't know anything.
