A guide to Verbier's pistes

Verbier is a an off piste heaven. So many of the open faces here can be accessed straight off the lifts and much of the surrounding terrain is secured by the piste patrol but not groomed meaning there is a safe option for those venturing off the beaten track.
The pistes here are fast and often steep and will please those skiers and snowboarders who like a challenging, exhilarating run.
The beginners area is perfect for those learning to make their first turns but on the whole is this is a ski area that will suit more experienced skiers and snowboarders.

I have visited Switzerland about 5 times and most of those visits have been to Verbier. What a beautiful place, beautiful country and most of all beautiful people :-)

Vielen Dank für den ausgezeichneten und lehrreichen Film. Gratuliere, super erklärt und gemacht. Ich hoffe diesen Film sehen die zwei grobfahrlässigen Bergführer vom Lawinenunfall an der Jungfrau im Juli 2007. Damals sind 6 Militär-Rekruten ums Leben gekommen.
Es hatte in 48 Stunden vor dem Unglück 120cm geschneit. Die zwei Bergführer sind am ersten Tag danach in einen 45 Grad steilen Hang an der Jungfrau, oberhalb dem Rottalsattel eingestiegen. Es wurde ein Schneebrett ausgelöst, und 6 Rekruten stürzten 1000m in die Tiefe. Unglaublich, die 2 Bergführer wurden vom Militargericht freigesprochen.
Ich wünsche gute Touren.

I also have been there every ski season its amazing for skiing in powder and the views are beautiful and i recemened
