      Ex-military are used to being tasked, and getting on with it. I had a former UK Army sniper work with me on a hotel renovation and he was a star.

    Wheelbarrow - genius! And what a ⭐️ Marlon is. He deserves a medal volunteering to do that horrible job. Great to see you hit your deadline today - congratulations! Well done for keeping those gloves in today. Hope the finger is a lot better. If the girls are helping tomorrow then make sure their hair is tied up tightly, and perhaps cover it with a hat or cloth if you can. Good luck with the blacking 😊

    Great that you had help at the eleventh hour. Suggest you paint support marker stripe positions on side of topsides so next time you can fit the support trestles clear of the unscaled areas.

    Glad I heard about Vactan through this series. I've used Kurust in the past on smaller projects.
    Vactan seems to be exactly the same thing at a fraction of the price!

    Well done Marlon ❤ and James 😎. Looks like a plan is coming together. Just the two small strips where the boat sits on the stand. Rub down then blacking in mid lift. I believe that goes off under water.

    Great job. Not sure who the dude was in the blue hoodie that stopped by a couple times and chatted for quite a while but, you should have slapped a roller in his hand and put him to work! lol.... I'm a little too far to be able to help but, I'd love to if I could and, I more than understand that at this stage all you need to see is arse holes and elbows from any help you get.😉😄 Again, great job and I wish you the best.

      Usually the boat would be shifted a foot or two, but Ralph doesn’t think he’ll be able to do that before Monday now. BTW these are Not my time frames so I’m just rolling with it

    Hi James, that waterline corrosion probably eminates from marina life and no galvanic isolator.
    Still got the areas on the stands. Great you had help. Please cover the motor, I cringe everytime I watch you and its open.

    If you take the blackening paint and add a filler. You can spread it on with a trowel to fill the pits

      You dont need to fill the pits you just need to ensure the bitumen gets in them, a thinned coat will do this not a thicker.

      All the orifices are plugged up, so its just blast it off with compressed air. No bother at all.
