    What type of meditation do you do? I’m new and don’t know exactly how to start. Thanks!

      I've learned and practiced mindfulness meditation the most! That's what the Muse headband also supports by signalling when your brain activity picks up.
      So I will typically focus on letting thoughts pass by to clear my mind and sometimes if I'm struggling with that I'll turn my attention to the rising and falling of my breath to stay in that state.
      I've tried and practiced a bunch of different methods but that's my preferred way! I'll continue to share more about it :)
