So to compare native k8s with a platform is not a like for like comparison, k8s native doesn't come with anything as it just comprise of kubernetes. Why not compare rancher with OpenShift instead? Worked with both and I take rancher everyday of the week
We are not sure about the RPA(not explored a lot) AWS and Openshift are 2 different things and cannot compare. If you have a plan for cloud, then AWS is a good choice.
