If you’re thinking about the most historical dance event, then you’re thinking about the Blackpool Dance Festival. The first edition took place in 1920 during Easter week in the fabulous Empress Ballroom in the Winter Gardens. It is currently organized by Mrs. Sandra Wilson.
2019 was the event’s 94th-year celebration and there were 56 countries represented, with a total number of 2,827 entries in the 13 events!

What a great interviewer she was...listened well, asked good questions...didn't interupt...and he deserves his place with his integrity and high regard for Julia and Ricardo...it doesn't surprise me that they are such a lovely couple to work with. Now with 10 World championships they too deserve their place in Dance history...thank you I found this such a pleasant experience.

What a sincere, humble and extraordinarily talented man Chris is. Great insight into who is behind and how R&Y create their look. I have to ask why a man with such sewing skills chooses not to mend his own jeans, LOL. Perhaps too busy making other look good. Thank you dancesport life for this great insight into this lovely man. Other than the interviewer coming across appearing a little nervous and unprepared with the questions, it was very enjoyable.
