I met Judd Nelson at a Comic Con back in November 2023. Such a nice guy and a great actor. Glad he's making a comeback in recent years. I personally think he should've gotten an Oscar nomination for his performance in "Girl In The Basement"

Judd is a national treasure. He was incredibly fun to work with. Exactly what you'd expect him to be -- serious but quirky. He spent his first rehearsal just discussing the Old Testament with our director for 3 hours.
All those Saturday detentions and Vernon’s influence must’ve paid off for Bender. He flipped the script from being a high-school rebel to a preacher in church

He was wonderful to work with...such a thoughtful, sincere guy. He went to GIRL IN THE BASEMENT directly from our set! :-/
