    Dear Peter,
    I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making these videos. I am happy to share with you that I've been offered a job as Azure Data Engineer and you are one of the few people who deserve credit for it.
    Your channel is my go to channel, be it your explanation about how different layers and hierarchies are created in ADLS, parquet & delta format videos, error handling/ parameterization/ configuring to send failure emails/ triggers/ connecting ADF with ADLS using Key Vault/ fetching secret from key vault using web activity in ADF or different methods of connecting ADB with ADLS, the number of times I've gone through these sections and the amount it has helped me is unbelievable.
    Lastly, your teaching also has a very clear, concise and calmness to it which makes it look really easy and helps us gain confidence. I wish you all the best for your future and hope you have great success. You are surely one of the few people who has had tremendous impact on my life just by your teachings.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Your student.
    PS:
    1. I wanted to send this as a mail to you but could not find any email id associated hence the format of this comment.
    2. For people who are here just for DP-203, stick around and watch all his videos, they will enable you to become an excellent (Azure) Data Engineer.

      And congratulations for getting a new job! You rock!

    Hey Piotr, how many episodes still are pending on this DP 203 series? and is this enough for DP 203 exam, whatever you posted on this channel.

    • @TybulOnAzure

      Hi, there will be about 20 more episodes and it should cover the theory part of the exam. However, I would also strongly suggest to practice the stuff I'm talking about.

    Hi Piotr, Are the current videos enough to study for the exam and pass?, I am currently starting to study for it

    • @TybulOnAzure
      @TybulOnAzure  3 месяца назад

      Hi. No, there are two reasons why current videos are NOT enough to learn for the exam:
      1. Apart from viewing the videos you would need hands-on practice.
      2. I didn't cover all topics yet. It will happen eventually, but those episodes are not recorded yet.
      Nevertheless, I believe that my videos will help you A LOT.

    I'm sorry, I've got a silly question. What's the difference between a Data Engineer and Data Architect? Great content btw, keep up the good work!

    • @TybulOnAzure
      @TybulOnAzure  10 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks! Simply put, data architect designs the solution (how it should look like and why) and data engineer implements it.

    • @AundKx
      @AundKx 10 месяцев назад

      @@TybulOnAzure Thanks a lot. Now I feel that was indeed a silly question :) I've got another one - how does the data governance fit into your described data engineering flow? Do they have all the data catalogued and decide what to keep and what transformation is needed prior to the data ingestion, or do they have a different spot in the process?

    • @TybulOnAzure
      @TybulOnAzure  9 месяцев назад +2

      Data governance is quite important as otherwise we might end up with a mess, e.g. the same data ingested and processed multiple times as no one knows who owns the previous versions and if they can be trusted. I plan to cover that topic in future episodes.
