Specs are also decent. Closest costly laptop from Asus that I see is Space Edition one. Which is 115k for Base varient where as this is 145k so its matter of question if 30k is worth for frequent alt + tab or not. Oh and spec for spec cheapest is I think flip 14 oled which is at 90k so technically difference of 55k for second screen.
Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\System Settings Sir you can go the above path location to choose what closing the lid of the laptop does. I think in your case it is set to Shut Down when you close the lid.
I guess asus compromised on cooling mechanism on this one. Their own scar 15 was properly cooled even with i9. And that beast pushed cinenench r23 score to even 18k without breaking a sweat
How are asus service centers for laptops ??.. I have read horror atories on amazon reviews....also does does adding an SSD yourself void the warranty ??

I think much better if they can replace this half touch screen with full touch screen with intregated digital keyboard. In that way they can remove those extra hardware keys or could hide beneath the bottom touchscreen. Right now its giving the feel that something is incomplete as a wider touch with shorter height...not good at all but yes user can make notes via stylus. 👍

i9 in itself is too costly plus 12th gen plus ddr5. That's the best cpu anyone can get as of now however I really was let down by 4gb vram. That's a joke for me. I have rtx 3060 6gb and I still find it quite less. It's funny how this laptop has a super high-end cpu and then the gpu is just meh. I just think that ultimately compromises its total competence.

Nothing really compromised, that's a much larger laptop so of course cooling will be better
