There is something definitively wrong with elden ring, I've seen a lot of benchmarks and the thing never runs at 60 consistently, even on newer cpus and gpus I wonder if unlocking the frames (So it uses more gpu and cpu) will fix the issue
Is gtx 970 gonna perform as well as yours or below
its gonna perform pretty similar cuz 1060 is 3gb of vram , so if you have a good cpu it should be the same performance or even better on some games

How? I literally have better specs (laptop) but it still runs almost every game super slow.
because its a laptop, i can run almost all this games at high settings 1080p and higher fps with a gtx 1070 on a desktop
