I'm sorry man but they were really done. Cedric can't use his voice like he used to. Omar lost his energy after playing these songs for 20 years. They lost members. The music scene has changed. They're all sober now. They made the right decision to accept when something is over, especially when they tried to give it a go.
@@ExternusArmy they didn’t break up. Their tour cycle finished. Cedric said they’ll do ATDI then Mars Volta then back to ATDI again , then back to Volta. Unless you know something I don’t about a breakup? No sarcasm , I’m genuinely curious if i missed a quote somewhere.
