First time mother Western Lowland Gorilla Touni, with her baby, Ayana ( a name of Ethiopian origin, meaning "a pretty flower.") Filmed 26.6.17 at Bristol Zoo, England. Touni gave birth to baby girl Ayana In April 2017. More info here:

Ayana is fighting fit and growing fast. She will be 2 on 22 April 19. Afia, who you see being reprimanded by Touni in the video, is best friends with Ayana and they regularly play together. Being a year apart in age, this is an ideal situation! More footage of them will be put up when we have the time...
