Also please let us know about the requirements for MS program Is GMAT necessary or not? Will they consider ielts with a min of 2 years of work experience?

Though I am not really familiar with the business analytics course requirements, I would suggest you to get the letters of recommendation, resume or curriculum vitae (CV) and the statement of purpose outlining your academic and career goals ready before starting the application process. GMAT score might not be necessary but always be advantageous in shortlisting. IELTS score is usually required even if you have work experience from a non-English speaking nation. But the work experience will again be beneficial in the shortlisting process. The requirements will also vary for on-campus and online courses. For more details and proper guidelines I would suggest you to go through the official website of Isenberg School of Management, UMass. Oh yes. This is a common practice in the US.. no (or minimum) work on weekends. Even though many studens reside on campus, weekends are dedicated for their personal time. That's why the campus is usually empty during weekends unless some extra-curricular events are organized.
