I really enjoyed this video! The ones that gave me the most tingles were the four corners with the measuring tape, follow the yellow and the lights behind the bars. I didn’t really think about the harsh sound with the measuring tape as I was distracted by following the instructions

Now that she's doing ASMR instructions with no verbal instructions I start to notice that she did it before as well. Like when she says to follow the light until it's off-screen and then to focus back on her nose and back to the light when it reappears. A few runs she guides us through it by calling out each step. But she stops saying where to look after a moment and the whole thing becomes an automatic response. We know where she wants us to look so we do it. I love that stuff to no end. ♥

i don’t know if you have already filmed something like this, but I believe it would be interesting to watch a “follow my instructions “ video with you giving different instructions with your voice and your hands. i’ll give an example: you say look at my nose, while you are pointing to pepe ecc. and maybe switch at intervals what we actually have to follow ( for like 2 min we have to follow your hands, then your voice , then your hands ecc). i hope I explained what I mean well, sorry for my English .
