- CAA or the Citizenship Amendment Act has been doing the rounds of debates and discussions for a while now. It picked up when recently the Govt of India announced the implementation of CAA, 2019. With the debates around CAA, the confusion around the difference between CAA, NRC and NPR also rose. Here in this video, I tried my best to make you understand the difference between the three terms. This video is helpful for anyone willing to understand the general news important nationally/internationally but also for those preparing for all competitive exams. what about citizen who had home birth in old times like someone's parents/grandparents and now they don't have any birth certificate?
There are numerous ways , if ever their grandparents voted before 1971 they are also considered as citizens😅 don't worry it's fair and good way😊😊

CAA & NRC are connected, NRC is a counting of legitimate Indian citizens to detect illegal immigrants in India. To be included in NRC, it is important to show documents of pre-1971 period. However, if other religion citizens failed to show the required documents, they’ll anyhow under CAA, 2019 will get status of citizenship. But alarming concern will arise for Muslims. If Muslim population residing in India claiming to be the citizen of India, staying in India for decades but still fails to show the required documents from pre-1971 period then unlike Hindus they’ll not get citizenship under CAA and will be declared illegal immigrants. This is against the India’s secular ethos. This will create statelessness situation of many Muslims residing in India.
Resulting in creation of vote banks in the name of religion, eventually harm the spirit of democracy in India, secularism & unity.

Also don't be confused NRC in Assam. In Assam NRC already happened in 1951 .
All India NRC is different till now doesn't notify the document are required. Then how can you say your name will be cut in NRC

Right now it's not clear what documents were required, it will vary with states. If your grandfathers before 1971 voted for the election will also consider them to be citizens. Btw, don't worry I think 🤔 you are not illegal immigrants.

In pre 1972 if they ever interacted with government schemes or had ever participated in votes or order welfare programmes will be citizens of india😊

Why not make it secular by adding all the sects that are facing persecution? For e.g. Ahmediyya's along with Hindus who are being persecuted in Pakistan for their religion...
Let's assume that CAA is implemented in India. After the implementation of CAA, everyone will be asked to prove their citizenship. If any Muslim is unable to prove his citizenship, he will not get citizenship. The Muslim who has been living here 50-60 years ago will not get it. By chance, they did not get the documents for submission because it is mentioned in CAA. If people of any religion except Muslims will get citizenship for living in India, then this is politics. People are not able to understand this against Muslims by Modi and Amit Shah. After the deep meaning of CAA and hell comes, this will happen if the Muslim is unable to prove his citizenship. They will be put in detention camps because they are being taken away from CAA. This is the reason for the Muslims of India. Because of this, the Muslims of India are troubled. I am thinking. After NRC, those who are living illegally in India will remain Hindus. Muslims will remain, Sikhs will remain. People of many other religions will also remain illegally in India. What will happen to them because NRC will filter out those who cannot prove their citizenship.
