Check out my video where I share my whole journey with my disability! I talk there about all of my surgeries, physio and all the things that made me as independent as I am now 😊 ruclips.net/video/kyiQQYdVJls/видео.html

I loved the video!! I laughed so hard in the part of the pop socket ahah I do that with some words all the time xD I'm noticing that you've been opening yourself more and more on your videos and I'm so happy to see that :) keep going, you will help and inspire a lot of people! and you're already inspiring me :)

thanks so much! I'm trying to be as open as I feel comfortable to and I've also noticed that what was completely out of my comfort zone 3 months ago, is fine now. I'm glad you liked the video :) Thank you for supporting me through my whole journey here!

Interesting to see how you cope with the disability. Did you learn all this through trial and error or did you get specialists to help you with this ?💞

Hi, thanks for asking! I’ve learned everything on my own. It would be difficult for someone else to teach me anything because they don’t know exactly what I can and cannot do and what is comfortable and easy for me. It was mostly just me being kind of forced by a situation where I was alone and had to manage and find my own ways of doing everything. My parents and my doctors tried to give me some tips but they never really worked and I had to figure it out on my own anyway. When I was learning most of the things I can do, there were no people with AMC online showing their ways so I hope this video could be helpful for someone now because maybe they have similar abilities to mine, just don’t know where to start 😊

And yes as someone else commented, did you learn this from trial n error or did you get professional help as well?
Best wishes may God bless you ❤️

99% able yes now a days there is a lot content online to help people, but still I think its not enough. But then I see you and you have managed it beautifully all by yourself💪🏻
Can you share your email address, I could send videos of my son. And now that you are with your parents maybe they can relate and give me some useful tips :)
      Stay safe and happy 😇

@@BegumAtif sure, my email address is 99percentable@gmail.com and you can always email me there about anything :) My parents don't know English too well but I can always ask them for some comment. We talk about the history of my disability, surgeries and exercises etc a lot though so you can ask me whatever you need and I'm sure I'll be able to help you as well :)

Thank you for your comment Georgelin! I couldn't lift my arms until I was a teenager. What helped me most was swimming twice a week for around 10 years
